I Just done my reading on the book that i bought a few months ago>

But, the pills surely got some side effects and people start killing each other in order to get that pills.

【Success is to challenge every failure]
問起很多人，成功是什麼？大家都不期然的想起成功的人士代表，在各領域的表表者，甚至達人。大家都在看他們成功的一面，成功後的光輝和色彩。
更有一些人，會對你說更多失敗的例子，他們如何在失敗的例子中學習，獲取經驗，最後就是大家熟悉的成功，成為達人，成為表表者。
但這就確定了成功的方法？失敗 -> 失敗中學習 -> 成功； 這是成功的方程式? 會不會照這方程式也會失敗的呢？
當然會，這點是毫無疑問的。那麼問題到底出現在哪？愛因斯坦這位科學頑童在一次的提問說兩個從煙囪爬出來的小偷誰會先去洗臉，結果聽眾都被耍了，兩個同是從煙囪裡爬出來的小偷怎麼會一個臉髒，另一個乾淨呢？
問題本身就有問題了；所以當人們問起成功的秘訣時，我們需要知道的是什麼是成功？他們會有成功的定義，但那是不是唯一的定義，還是那些定義一定就可以用在自己的身上呢？
或許我們可以考慮這點，只要能夠挑戰失敗的，無論結果如何，就已經是成功了。就像是藝人的作品入圍參賽，藝人都會說，入圍就是肯定了。藝人們並沒有虛偽，事實上他們的確是，應該是需要真的這麼想的。得獎的最終只有一個，論宣傳，論知名，論銷量，入圍的作品都已經的到高度的曝光。
同樣的，只要面對並挑戰失敗，無論在心理和生理上都比沒法上場挑戰的成功，並踏出了一大步，結果如何？最終站在台上的也應該只有一個。但你已經挑戰失敗成功了。

Sarikei
About 7am,we were on the way to Sarikei.
It was located near somewhere...hah..But it was a wonderful morning surrounded with FOG
I took some pictures during the one hour journey...I apologize for my poor camera
I really enjoyed viewing the canopy of green..marvelous !
I often went to here to visit my cousins,and this is the first time I took a deep look
into this place.
Afternoon,I got something to do..BArbeque!!
We had shopped for ingredients that we need from all the supermarket at here.
Finally, we still managed to cook all the food.....
About the food, it taste nice ....really nice despite there were some parts had been overcooked.

「强悍、乱下」决定，让你决策更准确/ 刘威麟
明天要去哪里玩？应接受哪一份工作？该和哪一个对象结婚？
你知道吗？太龟毛，反而失准头？
科学家已经证明了，「乱下决定」有一种惊人的力量。
《Psychological Science》曾于二○○八年引用杜克大学的研究，研究人们有时会碰到「难以决定的事」。小的可小至今晚该在哪里吃饭，大的可大到该不该和「这个男的」 分手。科学家做了一轮实验后，竟然引导出一个惊人的「决定心法」──那就是，当你碰到一个很复杂的问题，与其慢慢去想遍了所有可能性，一一分析思考甚至问人，不如就完全不要想、不要问、不要求签，也不要沉淀，当下就直接请自己的「潜意识」，当场帮你做一个决定。
这个决定，科学家发现，往往是异常的「正确」！
杜克大学研究人员找来好多位实验者，将他们分为Ａ、Ｂ、Ｃ三组，要他们考虑周全后，在精心安排的四个「差不多」的选项中选择一个。科学家要求Ａ组必须在一定时间内答出来（譬如三分钟），Ｂ组则被允许想多久都没关系，想完再慢慢告知答案即可，Ｃ组和Ａ组类似，只给一段时间思考，但是在时间快到时，科学家会给他们一大堆干扰，强迫他们分心，逼他们没办法限时内想完，就得靠「潜意识」赶快随便给出一个答案。
惊人的结果出现了：
随便猜猜的Ｃ组，竟然表现的比专心思考的Ａ组还好，在四个选项中做了正确的选择，而且其正确度已经接近了Ｂ组的水准。也就是说，同样是被限时答题，专心想的，竟比「随便想」的还差！也就是说，靠潜意识所做出的答案，比清楚意识还要强？
科学家解释，一般人碰到复杂问题，总会想办法将「所有可能性、所有道理」都在脑中列出来，在纸上写下来，不过，人脑的运算力量显然远比我们想像强大，在开始计算之后没多久，其实已经「感觉」到最好的选项是哪一个，这时候，若不马上跟着感觉走，还要硬往深度挖下去，人脑就会开始被一些「不重要的资讯」给影响到。
科学家说，思考的时间愈多，许多注意力就开始从重点被分散到其他较不重要的地方，想了老半天，想到最后一分钟，直到当事人发现时间不够，为了要在时间内完成，就拿着刚刚整理的五花八门的思绪，做出一个「错的决定」。
我们不敢下决定，往往是因为惧怕「下错了决定」。下了决定就要负责，万一找错了地方，那就不知怎么对大家交待。
人生的过程中，实在有太多决定要下了。下决定，其实是「第一步」。下了决定后，接下来的事情才会慢慢展开，这时候，你有很多的时间来改变它。
学会了「下决定」是「第一步」，为了快快开始，我很快就下了决定。这个时候我有「权威感」，我也是用「潜意识」，以科学家的实验来看，这样情况下所下的决定，至少不会是个差的决定，再加上决定之后的努力，我们可以变成一个「很会决定」的人。决定也是一个很强的竞争优势！「微专注」，抓住两秒钟的机会

我们在《科学美国人》看到一则来自UCSF的有趣研究，先讲结论好了，他们说，人老，原来头脑并没有「变慢」，那部老马达其实还是转得很快，快得完全没有丁点锈味。
老人看起来思考迟缓的主要原因，并不是他们脑子不行，而是，他们愈来愈无法「专心」。 「老脑」其实依然可以计算得很快，只是算到一半，容易「神游」到其他地方，听到太多杂音，最后算不出来。
科学家找来两组人作实验，一组是「青青壮壮组」，年龄都在十九～三十三岁左右，共二十二位，另一组是「耆英老年组」，年龄在六十～七十二岁左右，共十七位。科学家给两组人一连串经过巧妙设计的图像考试，给他们看了两组照片，一组是人脸，一组是风景，将这两组照片作不同程度的混合，再问问他们照片是哪一张？其实若花点时间仔细慢慢看，仍可以从大致的状况，看出到底原本是哪一张人脸，和哪一张风景照片，问题是科学家只给一点点时间作答，实验者只有不到十秒钟就得说出答案，一比下来，年轻人和老人胜负立见：
年轻人很快就能辨识出人脸和风景。老人却慢吞吞的，错误百出。
科学家同步以脑部扫描技术观察受实验者的脑部运作，结果发现：老人的头脑和年轻人的头脑，所受刺激的时间竟然分毫未差，也就是说「老脑」并不会跑得比「新脑」慢！然而，老脑为何答得慢？原来，完全是败在一接到题目刹那之间的两百毫秒，也就是五分之一秒的极短时间！在那一开始的五分之一秒，老人的大脑，竟然整个呈现非常混乱的状况！
你以为你没比人家聪明？或许，只是你没办法完全专心而已！
这实验甚至还告诉我们，这些「分心」，其实都是瞬间发生的。五分之一秒，根本来不及「专心」，它就已经发生了。就算后来你是多么的专心，它已经在脑内制造太多的其他资讯，这些资讯全都「开花」，我们整个脑突然无法从这迷宫般的丛林整理出一个有效的答案，于是就乱猜、乱来，造成更多的混合杂乱资讯。
这也表示，个人想要再更成长，有一条捷径：那就是：拼「微专注」。瞬间的专注力。
其实根本没有人可以连续一小时，每一秒都全神贯注的。很会读书的人，其实只是好多好多个「微专注」加起来的成果。
科学家说，两百毫秒的专注，需要年龄够年轻。我认为，我们大可不必拼两百毫秒，我们拼「2秒」即可。我们可以投注心力在培养「两秒钟」长度的「微专注力」。
伟大的思考作品只需要一瞬间的努力，花个两秒钟抓住「某物」，后面就会像溜滑梯。说不定我们早就有天才的本事，现在我们只需要两秒钟的清静机会罢了。

Religion
I read through a book -A letter to christian nation by.....
The author had pointed out a lot of problems,questions and the reality about my religion-CHRISTIAN
I copyied some sentences from the book..
Why doesn't the Bible say anything about electricity, or about DNA, or about the actual age and size of the universe? What about a cure for cancer? When we fully understand the biology of cancer, this understanding will be easily summarized in a few pages of text. Why aren't these pages, or anything remotely like them, found in the Bible? Good, pious people are dying horribly from cancer at this very moment, and many of them are children. The Bible is a very big book. God had room to instruct us in great detail about how to keep slaves and sacrifice a wide variety of animals. To one who stands outside the Christian faith, it is utterly astonishing how ordinary a book can be and still be thought the product of omniscience.
I gave myself one week to think over the book and my religion ,i agreed with the author.
WHY?
My mother is scolding me right now,i agree with her too. I made mistakes and the scolding will greatly improve myself.
WHY?

When we stare into the sky, we can clearly see that it is blue.
But ,did you ever wonder why it is blue??
THE ATMOSPHERE
The atmosphere is the mixture of gas molecules and other materials surrounding the earth. It is made mostly of the gases nitrogen (78%), and oxygen (21%). Argon gas and water (in the form of vapor, droplets and ice crystals) are the next most common things. There are also small amounts of other gases, plus many small solid particles, like dust, soot and ashes, pollen, and salt from the oceans.
The composition of the atmosphere varies, depending on your location, the weather, and many other things. There may be more water in the air after a rainstorm, or near the ocean. Volcanoes can put large amounts of dust particles high into the atmosphere. Pollution can add different gases or dust and soot.
The atmosphere is densest (thickest) at the bottom, near the Earth. It gradually thins out as you go higher and higher up. There is no sharp break between the atmosphere and space.
LIGHT WAVES
Light is a kind of energy that radiates, or travels, in waves. Many different kinds of energy travel in waves. For example, sound is a wave of vibrating air. Light is a wave of vibrating electric and magnetic fields. It is one small part of a larger range of vibrating electromagnetic fields. This range is called the electromagnetic spectrum.
Electromagnetic waves travel through space at 299,792 km/sec (186,282 miles/sec). This is called the speed of light.
The energy of the radiation depends on its wavelength and frequency. Wavelength is the distance between the tops (crests) of the waves. Frequency is the number of waves that pass by each second. The longer the wavelength of the light, the lower the frequency, and the less energy it contains.
COLORS OF LIGHT
Visible light is the part of the electromagnetic spectrum that our eyes can see. Light from the sun or a light bulb may look white, but it is actually a combination of many colors. We can see the different colors of the spectrum by splitting the light with a prism. The spectrum is also visible when you see a rainbow in the sky.
The colors blend continuously into one another. At one end of the spectrum are the reds and oranges. These gradually shade into yellow, green, blue, indigo and violet. The colors have different wavelengths, frequencies, and energies. Violet has the shortest wavelength in the visible spectrum. That means it has the highest frequency and energy. Red has the longest wavelength, and lowest frequency and energy.
LIGHT IN THE AIR
Light travels through space in a straight line as long as nothing disturbs it. As light moves through the atmosphere, it continues to go straight until it bumps into a bit of dust or a gas molecule. Then what happens to the light depends on its wave length and the size of the thing it hits.
Dust particles and water droplets are much larger than the wavelength of visible light. When light hits these large particles, it gets reflected, or bounced off, in different directions. The different colors of light are all reflected by the particle in the same way. The reflected light appears white because it still contains all of the same colors.
Gas molecules are smaller than the wavelength of visible light. If light bumps into them, it acts differently. When light hits a gas molecule, some of it may get absorbed. After awhile, the molecule radiates (releases, or gives off) the light in a different direction. The color that is radiated is the same color that was absorbed. The different colors of light are affected differently. All of the colors can be absorbed. But the higher frequencies (blues) are absorbed more often than the lower frequencies (reds). This process is called Rayleigh scattering. (It is named after Lord John Rayleigh, an English physicist, who first described it in the 1870's.)
WHY IS THE SKY BLUE?
The blue color of the sky is due to Rayleigh scattering. As light moves through the atmosphere, most of the longer wavelengths pass straight through. Little of the red, orange and yellow light is affected by the air.
However, much of the shorter wavelength light is absorbed by the gas molecules. The absorbed blue light is then radiated in different directions. It gets scattered all around the sky. Whichever direction you look, some of this scattered blue light reaches you. Since you see the blue light from everywhere overhead, the sky looks blue.
As you look closer to the horizon, the sky appears much paler in color. To reach you, the scattered blue light must pass through more air. Some of it gets scattered away again in other directions. Less blue light reaches your eyes. The color of the sky near the horizon appears paler or white.
THE BLACK SKY AND WHITE SUN
On Earth, the sun appears yellow. If you were out in space, or on the moon, the sun would look white. In space, there is no atmosphere to scatter the sun's light. On Earth, some of the shorter wavelength light (the blues and violets) are removed from the direct rays of the sun by scattering. The remaining colors together appear yellow.
Also, out in space, the sky looks dark and black, instead of blue. This is because there is no atmosphere. There is no scattered light to reach your eyes.

As the sun begins to set, the light must travel farther through the atmosphere before it gets to you. More of the light is reflected and scattered. Dream
We live by setting goals for ourselves, based on our ambitions, dreams and passions. Our goals may be too low and less challenging, too high and unrealistic, but nothing beats goal setting to determine a pace for a successful future.
They say, operating in your passion is not work and they are right. You live your passion, be it office work, raising level-headed kids, cooking, reading and reviewing books, etc. You always want to do more of what you love. What better time to get operating in your passions than NOW.
We asked: Where do you want to be, and when?
Lots of us are not even close to the place where we aspire to be. We never responded to the calling of life. We never listened to our soul ambitions and we find ourselves less satisfied, unhappy and uninspired.
Let us take some time to think about our dream.
They say, operating in your passion is not work and they are right. You live your passion, be it office work, raising level-headed kids, cooking, reading and reviewing books, etc. You always want to do more of what you love. What better time to get operating in your passions than NOW.

Lots of us are not even close to the place where we aspire to be. We never responded to the calling of life. We never listened to our soul ambitions and we find ourselves less satisfied, unhappy and uninspired.
Let us take some time to think about our dream.

Wonderful week
Last week,it was so tiring for me as I did something I never tried before
.....Volunteer!!
I had a really good experience working together with other people...they are awesome
but God made that amazing
Child are innocent and they deserve more love. What I saw from those camp was the reality of our society today, parents divorcing, children are lacking of love and caring
By doing volunteer, I can help them by giving them some encouragement and caring,although it is not much .
Every child are important and everyone should be given love...I tried my best to do that
I say thank you to those who service me,a smile too
I still remember in one camp,I asked the children to say thank you to our bus driver before they get off the bus,they are learning.. and they are changing
I hope God keep on blessing them ..

The Reality About Lending Money

我考虑了十分钟，决定把这钱借给他。
上个星期，他把钱还给了我，之后请我喝茶。
他说：你答应借钱给我还真出乎我的意料之外!
我问：为什么?
他回答：打你电话之前我已经打过9通电话，你是第10个。当你说“一会儿给你电话”时，我认为我需要打第11通电话了。我是按照亲疏关系打的这10通电话，越打到后面越没有信心，所以，打你电话已经是死马当成活马医的心态了。
之后，就这个话题我们谈论了许多，他总结性地说了一句话：如果不是这次借钱，我还以为我有很多朋友，现在我才明白，原来我是这么孤独。
过后的几天我都在想这件事，然后，我决定了解一下自己到底是否也如我那个朋友一样那么孤独。在做这件事之前，我把想法打电话告诉了他，他笑了：我劝你还是别做这种游戏，这会让你感觉从天堂落入了地狱!
我把现在身边自认为的好朋友的名字挑了出来，这些人都在本地，外地的暂不列入，他们和我从来没有金钱上的借贷关系，也和我的工作没有任何牵连，我们经常在一起，要不吃饭，要不喝茶，要不泡酒吧，相互之间我帮他们的一点小忙的时候居多，属于纯粹意义上的朋友，有9个人，而且他们的经济实力借个几万块肯定是没很大的问题的。
我给他们每人发了一条内容差不多的短信：
我现在遇到点麻烦，需要问你借X万块钱，一个月之内归还。如行的话给我电话，不行就发个信息吧，也不要紧，我等你答复。
我是昨天下午发的，晚饭时间未到，收到了7条信息，2通电话。信息基本回的都很快，全没超过一个小时，其中一通电话是信息发出后20分钟左右来的，还有一通是信息发出后2个半小时左右打来的。7条信息内容如下：(除了我的名字用xx代替，别人的名字用Y代替，信息内容一字未改)
陈：真对不起!我目前有点困难，真的，要不然你的事情肯定没话说的，你问问YYY吧，不好意思!(注：YYY是我们一起认识的朋友)
乔：XX，上个星期我小舅子刚问我借了20万，下个月还有点可能，真对不起!
唐：这段时间我自己都很困难，前一段打麻将输了好多钱，XX，不好意思，我要情况好的话绝对没问题的。
王：真不好意思了，我的钱都在股票里，对不起!
陈：XX，你怎么会要借钱哦，我昨天才借给人家10万，是放息的，你又不早说，不好意思，你再想想别的办法咯。
陆：对不起，最近我的股票都套牢了，手里没有现金，不好意思呵!
章：XX，我儿子开学就要转到浦东的YY中学去(这里校名省略)，那是寄宿学校，开学就要交5万，真的没办法帮你，请原谅!
电话是姓王和姓张的朋友打来的。
第一通电话：
王：喂，XX吗?
我：你好，是我!
王：搞什么搞，怎么这么点钱还要借啊?你出什么事儿了?
我：没出什么事儿，我钱放在市场里，一时半会儿出不来，我弟弟有点事儿，急用的。
王：没出事儿就好。你在公司啊?我：啊，是啊!
王：我儿子上学被人家自行车给撞了，小腿骨折，我几天都没出门了。
我：啊?你儿子骨折怎么没听你说啊?要帮忙吗?
王：我请了一星期假，我老公那个该死的公司又请不到假，我准备下个星期让我妈过来帮着照顾，你别管了!你把银行卡的卡号告诉我，我让我老公明天上班给你打过去。
……………………………………………………………………………………第二通电话：
张：喂，XX啊，我是张Y哦，你现在在哪里?
我：我在公司啊!
张：哦，我刚到店里，钱已经准备好了，是我送过去还是你过来拿?
我：怎么好意思让你送过来啊，这样吧，我一会儿去你那儿给你写张借条，钱到时就打到我卡上吧。
张：那你把卡号给我，我现在就帮你打过去，什么行啊?工行还是建行?
我：随便，哪个行你方便?
张：我店对面就是工行，你把工行卡号给我吧。

昨晚，魏某和我又一起去了咖吧，又各自发了一番感慨。我告诉他，借钱给我的这2个朋友平时从来没有麻烦过我替他们解决任何事情，其它的朋友倒是时不时地要麻烦我，一会儿是电脑的问题，一会儿是股票的问题，一会儿是投资的问题……
他问我：借你钱的朋友你准备告诉他们实情吗?
我说：除非我今晚开始神经了!
他笑了，很落寞地说：从现在开始，你只有这2个朋友了。
我不记得曾经看过一本什么书，似乎有过这样一句话：帮助过你的人永远都会帮助你，但你帮过的人就不一定。我也笑了，看着眼前袅袅升起的烟雾，淡淡地说：心里明白，嘴上不说，也没什么不好。这样以后真的遇到困难，就知道该找谁帮忙了，省得求一些靠不住的人，自己心里难受，别人心里尴尬，还耽误了事情。知道什么样的朋友是可以一起玩的，知道什么样的朋友是可以依靠的。对于那些可以一起玩的朋友，就平时一起娱乐，不要用事情去麻烦他们；对于那些可以依靠的，就要好好对待他们，别看我有很多朋友，真正靠得住的只有这廖廖数人。爱惜自己靠得住的朋友，努力使自己成为别人靠得住的朋友，这样，你才能在这个城市里扎下根来。
感言：就算你人缘再好，能在你困难的时候帮助你的还是只有那么寥寥数人，狂欢，不过是一群人的孤单。真正的朋友，是能够伴你度过寂寞、孤独以及沉默的那个人。
其实，我以前读过这句话，貌似是出自一个犹太商人求助的故事，我也认为这句话非常有道理。到底什么是朋友呢，我觉得以下这几个定义可以很好的阐述这一点
1、好朋友在一起不是有说不完的话，而是就算不说话，也不会觉得尴尬。
2、朋友就是把你看透了还愿意和你在一起的人。
3、朋友就是不为任何理由来看你的人。《作者不详》
